Because weddings are our business we only recommend reputable venues & suppliers who we work with time & time again due to their dedication & excellence, that way we can guarantee perfection!

To us wedding co-ordination is not "an all or nothing" business, we are happy to give guidance where required or help mastermind the whole event! With this in mind & respecting that every couple has a budget to work to we have broken down the planning stages of a wedding into key areas & developed individual packages for you to pick from.

Venue Search

This is the most crucial decision in planning your wedding, as this will dictate your theme & choice of other suppliers. Scotland offers a vast choice when it comes to venues from fabulous castles & historic buildings to breathtaking hotels, you are spoilt for choice!! Fancy something less formal? One of our brides decided she and her partner wanted to exchange vows on a beautiful beach followed by a barbeque! Nothing is impossible!!

With a huge venue database we will save you hours of phone calls & sifting through brochures, not to mention trekking around venues in what free time you have!!!

Based on your taste & budget we will supply you with a report listing venues that match your requirements. Each venue will have a full description of its facilities, with listings of menus, drinks packages, hire charges & if required the cost of hosting a civil ceremony. We can also provisionally book your specific date until we visit the venue.

Have a theme in mind? Let us help you source the best suppliers to fulfil your dreams! We will shortlist suppliers for you & then accompany you to your chosen few to negotiate price & give advice where required!

Tying Up The Loose Ends

Perhaps you want to plan your big day yourself but now want someone to ensure the day runs smoothly! We will meet up with you to go through all your plans so far & then approximately 2 weeks before your big day we will introduce ourselves to all of your suppliers, confirming times & details. On the day itself we will work quietly behind the scenes ensuring the marriage & reception venues are set up as you wish & making sure everything runs smoothly!

We are with you all day normally until 9pm, or until all formalities are taken care of, i.e. cake cutting & bridal waltz, where we take our leave & let you enjoy the rest of your dream day!!
