Here at “All Wrapped Up” we love cake! All our cakes are hand made to the highest standard from the finest ingredients. We believe the flavour, texture and aroma is every bit as important as the presentation, and our professional pastry chef and cake designer, always endeavours to create a mouthwatering experience every time! Each cake we produce is individually designed especially for you.
Working directly with you, we can design a unique cake that is perfect for your special occasion, which will be created with artistry, care and imagination and we promise it will be enjoyed and talked about long after by your guests!

Our cake choices include:
- Unforgettable moist matured fruit cakes made with the best butter, brandy and rum, 3 inches deep
- Indulgent rich Belgian or French chocolate sponge cake
- 4 layers of sponge, 3 layers of filling, and a minimum of 5 inches deep
- Scrumptious moist carrot cake delicious plain/flavoured butter based light sponge
- Or choose from our amazing range of yummy individual cupcakes
- Special dietary needs catered for
Vanilla, Lemon drizzle, Belgian chocolate, Carrot cake, Light chocolate sponge, Coffee, Lemon buttercream, Homemade lemon curd, Laced with Gran Marnier, Laced with Amaretto
- Lipsmacking white/milk /dark Belgian or French chocolate ganache (this can be flavoured ie. Orange, mint, praline, baileys, rum, etc.)
- Various delicate flavours of light buttercream
- Tantalising fresh fruit coulis
- Heavenly cream cheese frosting
- Choice of delightful jams
- Tangy lemon or lime curd
- Various fillings for profiteroles ie. Crème patissiere, liquer cream

The Icing on the cake…….
- The ultimate choice – marzipan and royal icing, white/coloured
- Ever popular soft white/coloured regalice (sugarpaste) and marzipan
- Extremely indulgent white / milk / dark chocolate ganache (flavoured if desired)
- NB. White chocolate can be coloured (cakes can be coated with marzipan first if desired)
- Chocolate sugarpaste and marzipan
- Sticky, licky fondant (for cup cakes,various colours/flavours)
- Various other fab cup cake coverings/toppings
- Spun sugar, chocolate (for croquembouche)
- *NB an alternative to marzipan can be used if required
Our finishing touches…..
- Sugar flowers and foliage – made from gum paste these are intricate, hand made and everlasting, to adorn your cake and cherish forever as a keepsake of your special day
- Figure/models – handcrafted and detailed in pastillage ( a very strong gum paste) marzipan or sugar which can also be kept as keepsakes
- Marzipan/ sugarpaste/ chocolate flowers (ie.roses) and other adornments
- Sugarpaste drapes, swags, frills, bows, etc.
- Delicate royal icing piping work or pieces (ie. Scrolls, filigree, patterns on cakes)
- Royal icing runout work ( ie butterflies, collars, etc.)
- Chocolate decorations (ie. Curls, cigarellos, abstract chocolate pieces, moulds,etc)
- Ribbons, beads, feathers, wires, grass etc.
