Roni

After graduating Roni spent 15 years in the hospitality industry gaining experience in her various roles from personnel manager and financial control to general manager. She has been headhunted on three occasions to develop and manage smaller personally owned restaurants and hotels.

Her enthusiasm for the great customer experience and attention to detail & planning makes her a natural in event planning, with weddings her particular passion!

Her friendly professional approach coupled with her love for etiquette helps to put couples at their ease, knowing their special day is in safe hands, allowing her to build a relationship with the couples so she can bring their dreams into reality.

Over the years Roni has worked with award winning professionals in the wedding industry time and again to bring together amazing events with ease and sophistication.

While managing her last hotel, Roni worked with many couples to arrange their weddings, but quickly realised couples needed more support than a venue coordinator can give – there is so much more to plan than the venue!! Roni realised she could help couples more by saving them money and time by becoming a freelance wedding planner.

Wedding planning takes time, great suppliers and an eye for detail, organisation and vision – Roni launched All Wrapped Up in January 2007!!

Cait

Cait was 5 when AWU launched onto the wedding market. She has shadowed Mum throughout the years – being small made her a great asset to the team when chair covers were in fashion and she was nearer the ground than the oldies!

Cait has also worked as part of the Delicious Team for many years now and enjoys the adrenalin rush of a wedding day! But with a passion for venue dressing and sharing Roni’s love for value for money Cait recently took charge of “Craikie’s”  AWU’s Hire range which she looks after at the same time as studying for her degree!

The collection at Craikie’s is like it’s manager,  quirky, full of fun and ever evolving! In her role within the team Cait is affectionately known as  the C.O.O. of the Coo….

Jan

Jan joined the team just last year but comes with 15 years of experience working directly with venues coordinating weddings and events around the east coast of Scotland.

Her strengths lie in working out logistics and handling last-minute alterations always with a smile on her face.

She has a great imagination, good working relationships with suppliers and keeps a cool head whilst keeping the thread of timings together on your wedding day.

A lover of lists, cake and fizz she fits well into the team.

Fiona

Fiona has been part of the AWU team for many years now. She has conducted weddings that range from 200 people in a cavernous former church, to just her, the couple and two witnesses on a deserted beach – every single one of them has been unique and perfect, because it has been crafted around the couple and their love.

With the changes 2020 has brought, Fiona is loving the possibilities which comes with planning a micro-wedding. These small, intimate ceremonies give us the chance to bring everything back to what really matters – the two of you, your closest loved ones, and the deep love and connection which forms the foundation of a long, happy married life. Every wedding that takes place during these tough times is a powerful reminder that love really does conquer all and there is no better person to write and deliver your love story!

John

John and his drivers have been part of the team at AWU for over a decade. His ever growing fleet of classic cars are always beautifully presented and the chauffeurs are all friendly with an incredible knowledge of our beautiful city. John has a passion for exceeding customer expectations and believes in going that extra mile.

Arriving at your wedding in a vintage car can’t help but make you feel special on your big day – and our micro wedding and elopement couples are especially spoiled when they are whisked away after the ceremony to see the sights of the city and have their photos taken at some of our amazing landmarks!

When John isn’t driving his couples you can either find him under a bonnet lovingly restoring old cars, at home with the family or enjoying the great outdoors either on a surfboard or on two wheels mountain biking!

Tony

From photographing Hollywood Royalty like Keira Knightley to our own Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, to shooting mud-splattered rockstars as an official Glastonbury photographer or filming at the top of the Forth Road Bridge after climbing 500ft – you can’t say this man isn’t passionate about his work!

As the former Group Picture Editor at Scotsman Publications, he knows exactly the qualities a photograph needs to make it a memorable ‘knock-out’ shot – and how to go about capturing one!

With a fun loving, enthusiastic approach to life, Tony puts his couples at ease, getting the best photo every time. His creativity, originality and general passion for his work, made Tony a natural addition to our team!

Away from work, with a camera never far from his hand,  we get to see life through the lens whether Tony is biking through the hills, surfing or exploring our amazing landmarks.

Richard

When Richard’s mate Ryan, the founder of Delicious Catering announced he and the family planned to emigrate to Australia, taking over the running of the business seemed the natural thing to do! Having lead teams of chefs for years in his position of head chef in various leading hotels and restaurants, Richard’s calm and composed leadership is exactly what is needed when you are catering for 150 wedding guests in a tent in the middle of nowhere with grass growing around your ankles!

Delicious Catering and AWU first worked together back in 2014, both Richard and Roni got on from the start knowing they could trust each other to deliver – Richard the food from the kitchen and Roni looking after the operation front of house.  Sharing the same ethos when it comes to value for money and good customer service, it didn’t take long before they created the very popular All Inclusive Packages we have today! Everything you need for a great wedding – Deliciously All Wrapped Up!

Away from the kitchen you will find Richard in the garage restoring his collection of classic cars or down the river fishing!
